After Hurricane María left the historic building on Tetuán Street severely damaged, the restoration of the structure focused on preserving its architectural character while reinforcing storm-weakened areas with modern engineering. The renewed layout introduced a refined, design-forward interior that complemented the building’s historic façade, transforming the once-battered landmark into Hotel 100 Tetuán, an intimate boutique hotel that blends Old San Juan’s heritage with contemporary hospitality and stands as a symbol of renewal and resilience.
Defiant Manufacturing
Defiant Manufacturing is redefining craftsmanship in Puerto Rico by employing skilled Puerto Ricans to build premium, high-performance windows and doors made for the Caribbean.
